I am in charge of generating the newsletter for our troop. Everything was going well until about a month ago when I was no longer able to preview and send out the newsletter. Our parent in charge of access has tried renewing my privileges and even created a new account for me, to no avail. Please help! ---

Has this issue resolved itself, either with the new version or something you or your unit were able to do? ---

We had to create a new account and then allow full access to everything possible in TroopTrack. But after a couple months of experimenting, yes, I am now able to publish the newsletter. It was before the new version. We don’t know what magic button we hit.
