# Android App WILL NOT load any scout info

When i go to manage, I can all of the scouts and parents in each den.

When I choose an adult I can see their info, when I select a scout, I cannot see anything, I get a spinning circle then the error in the screenshot. including and especially my sons.

I’m a Pack leader with full admin and unit permissions. I can see everything on the web site.  
It works on the iOS app, just not Android. App version 1.0.2 (102)

I’m using a Pixel and it was the same error on Android 8 and now on 9 Screenshot\_20180918-223910|281x500

Not sure if something changed or was fixed, but for the first time _ever_ I’ve been able to get Scout details in the Android app version of TT on my phone. It did the same thing before, time out then error out. Glad whatever was wrong seems to be fixed now.

FOUR MONTHS and I am STILL not able to see my son’s profile or achievements in this app. WE ARE PAYING SEPERATLY FOR A NON-FUNCTIONAL APP AND I DESERVE AND EXPECT A RESPONSE. EITHER FIX THE PROBLEM OR REFUND MY MONEY.
