Assigning meeting tasks and reminders

We are looking to have nursery workers sign up for meetings and get reminders NOT in neesletters. We also have custom mailing lists set for groups that are assigned to flag ceremonies and would like to be able to assign and email them from meeting event also.

Looking for best ways to do these. Troop doesn’t pay much attention to newsletters so depending on that for emails isn’t ideal at this time.

You can use sign up sheets for meeting tasks and if you create a custom mailing list it will be available for events and for regular email.
