# Bulk Emails

Good Morning,  
Are reminders about events on the calendar sent out via bulk email automatically or does someone need to send them? Our son’s eagle project work day is on the calendar and multiple emails have been sent, sometimes within an hour of each other.

Both can be true. The system can be setup to send automatically at different intervals and an individual with access can select to send a message immediately.
