# Can't Attach File To Email

I’m trying to attach a PDF (12.6MB) file to an email and keep getting an error message. I’ve tried on Chrome (v. 119.0.6045.199), and Safari (v. 17.1) and the same error on both browsers. I’ve also tried logging out and reauthenticating on both browsers.

Currently the max upload is 10.5MB, your file is just a little to large.

I had a feeling that might be the issue but I couldn’t find any documentation on file size limits. Thanks for the quick reply!
