# Changing an adult to a parent

How do I change an adult listed on TT to a parent?

Hi @ShelleyRussell,

Go to Manage \> Members \> Households, select either the parent’s household or the child’s household from the list and include the name of the other in that list. You can then delete the other household (there may not be a second household).

A parent is an adult who is in a household with a scout.
