My Sea Scout Ship currently uses Facebook Messenger as a chat tool. It’s really great to send out updates and reminder quickly, but if we could migrate to TroopTrack that would be fantastic.
The first thing that came to mind when I saw the BETA was the character count. Would it be possible to increase the character count at all? I just looked at the last message I sent out about remote scouting on FB Messenger. That message was almost 2000 characters. I realize that falls into the “short email” category but with teenagers who don’t check email, I have to rely on instant messaging to get them the same information.
