Communications Problem/Spam Question

Is there a way under the Communications list to remove Spam reports? I thought there used to be a way, and when I look under Communications Problems tab, it talks about not removing it without the user’s permission. But I can’t find anywhere to do it at.

I have a family that I suspect has had their email marked as spam. Since it’s a very active family, I’m thinking that it was something that MSN (there email service) did? I can’t find anywhere I can check or remove Spam markers.

This option used to be available, but I suspect an error or update to the email server api broke that feature. There is a ticket in to fix this, but we get less repeat spam reports when users have to actually contact me to have it fixed.

Please send me an email with their email addresses or just have them do it and I’ll take a look.
