# Custom Awards Not Showing

I began creating custom awards for our troop. I can select the appropriate level from the dropdown box, but they are not “sticking” when I hit save. Additionally, the awards are not showing on any of the Achieve screens (both filtered and unfiltered by level and award type). I can create them, but I can’t actually award them.

If you make sure to click the Ready for Use button before saving award, it should be live. After you log the achievement, when you go into the individual troopers achievements, click the Other tab (listed after Path, TH, Ex, Pi). I found my custom award listed there.
