# Did Not Attend vs. Not Recorded

In the Participation Book/Report, is there a way to show that a person did not attend? Right now, if they did not attend, it is shown as Not Recorded which makes it sound like we haven’t recorded their attendance, when in fact we have, and they didn’t attend.
