Is there a way to delete a duplicate entry when using Paypal? Had a parent pay for an event using Paypal and it marked two deposits into the Pack’s Primaary Account. It has the same transaction ID from Paypal. If I manually delete it, the funds will be transferred back to the parent. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! ---

Hi @JenniferFox3, Can you please go to your paypal account and just confirm that you only received the payment once? Thank you. ---

Yes, I have confirmed the transaction is only shown once in Paypal. In Troop Track, the Paypal transaction ID number is the same as well as the amount.
