I was getting troop emails from the system. I just recently stopped receiving them. I am able to see that me email address is correct but i can’t find out why the email isn’t coming through. I need help figuring out if it’s a hotmail issue or trooptrack issue ---

Someone with full access to your TT group can look at Communicate, Settings, Communication Problems, if your e-mail has bounced or was marked as SPAM it could show up there and they could remove that. If that is not the case then send an e-mail to [support@trooptrack.com](mailto:support@trooptrack.com), perhaps from a different account, and let them know your not getting emails to your hotmail account. ---

For some reason it was marked as spam. No idea how or why but we’ll see if that fixes it. Thanks for the help
