# Error code when trying to post an event

I am new to troop track and I am getting and error code when I try to post it. The error code is  
#activemodel::nestederror:0x00007f8ea0190f88  
Any ideas what I am doing wrong? It all seems pretty self explanatory.

I have never seen an error like that. Can you attach a screenshot of what you are seeing?

I’m getting the same code when trying to update the description in an existing event. Has this issue been figured out yet?

@SteveLevering,

Unless someone reported this to [support@trooptrack.com](mailto:support@trooptrack.com) it has not been looked at. I never reported it to the support team as I never got anything back. If you can take screenshots and send links, give specifics of browser and send it to their support e-mail I am sure they will look into it.

were getting it too for one of our dens, i sent them an email this morning, they asked me for the issue, i responded with this, and am awaiting a response now…
