# Event attachments and sign up sheets (01/01/2016)

There are two enhancements going live this morning:

&nbsp;

1) Previously you could only attach one file to an event and this file was not include in event invitations. Now you can add as many files as you like and a link to each file will be part of the event invitation email.

&nbsp;

2) Sign up sheets did not support parents volunteering on behalf of their children. This is now possible, thanks to Spencer.

&nbsp;

We are still working on the 2016 rank requirement changes for BSA. They will go live Monday morning.
