# FIXED: I can’t access my account

Hi Justin,

Are you logging into Ship 25 - SSS Yorkshire? If so, I was able to pull up your account within our TroopTrack user database and I was able to access everything properly. Can you explain more about what you are experiencing? You are simply entering your username and password and it is not showing anything? Is it logging in at all? What screen comes up when you try to login?

Let me know and I can help get to the bottom of this issue with you.
