For all the Scouts, it shows Scout’s Name - Rank and then (2016) but Scouts are using different Handbook versions and requirements are not matching what is in the handbook. How is that updated for new Scouts to (2023)? ---

2016 was the last time there was a complete update to the Rank Advancements. There have been many smaller changes since then but not considered a complete update. I will send the changes to Dave to get them updated. For the BSA Advancements the only thing that ultimately matters is the final completion being uploaded.
