Hello! I am new here and trying to determine if there is a way to automatically notify an achievement coordinator automatically via troop track whenever an award is entered so she can purchase awards. Thanks!

At this time there isn’t a way to automatically notify someone when an award has been entered. This will likely be part of our “Activity Feed” feature that we’ve set some milestones for, but will be developed down the road.
It’s my understanding that many troops have just one person do the entering and purchasing and marking of the achievements, but if you have yours set up a different way (which is totally fine), you may want to have a procedure in place where a person emails the achievement coordinator when an award has been earned and entered.
