# iPhone Screen Goes White when I try to Check Out & Pay with PayPal

iPhone screen goes white when I try to check out & pay with PayPal. Works fine on my PC, Thanks.

Hi Whit,

Happy to help out. Where were you trying to use PayPal within the mobile app? Was this occurring within an event? Let me know and I can help see what is going on. Is this still happening? Do you happen to have a screenshot? At what point in the PayPal process is your screen just showing a blank white screen? Is there any error message?
