# Is there a way to set troop track to email multiple email addresses?

I have two desires:

- To always email both parents when I invite a scout to an event.
- To always email both a scout and their parents everytime I event them to an event.

Is there a good way to accomplish this?

Hi @Gsm,

You can click on the gear icon, “edit Troop settings” and on the “TroopTrack settings” page enable the feature of “copy parents on all scout emails”.
