# Merge two troop logins

How do I merge my two troops when I can’t remember the password for the second troop? I can’t change the password without changing the password for the other account. They have the same user name.

In this case the best option would be to have another admin go into Manage - Members - User Accounts and select Actions - Reset Password, you will then get an e-mail to reset the password and it will be for the correct account. Once you do that you can use the Merge option.
