Merit Badge Missing under IA 2.0 reports

I have a kid shows his Cycling 2024 merit badge it is marked complete but it will not show under IA 2.0…

Make sure there is no date listed under Submitted to council.

yeah its empty no check on, recognized or purchased either  
based on another issue like this the past Im guessing that seeing it is a 2024 version it is missing the scoutbook number for importing see that has been a issue in the past…
