I need to set up 20 dates that are all basically the same event. Do I have to enter each separately?

Thank you!

Hi @HeatherPeplinski,

You’ll want to use the meeting schedules feature. Here’s [how](https://community.trooptrack.com/t/meeting-schedules/73).

Thanks,

Thank you for the response! The recurring event I’m trying to schedule doesn’t repeat at regular intervals or even on the same day of the week. Is there a way to do that? (Where everything else is the same but I can enter multiple specific dates.)

Thanks again!

Hi @HeatherPeplinski,

After making the first event, deciding how many times it can repeat, etc, you can change the dates of each individual event after clicking on “save and continue”. Once you’ve changed the dates then you can click on “save events” to save them to the calendar.

Thanks,
