When we first got on Troop Track it came with some the Magic Lists but they didn’t include some groups of people in our troop for some unknown reason to me. So I used the Custom Lists to create groups of those missing from the Magic Lists. The problem is that Custom Lists aren’t dynamic. Is there a way to create new Magic Lists that would be dynamic?
Anybody out there have any ideas on this?
As far as I can tell, the Magic lists are pre-defined in the system so there’s no way to create new ones. I wish we had ones for Committee and ASM, but in their absence I maintain such lists manually and do a periodic check to make sure they’re up to date.
