I have attempted to create meetings for our new program year using the New Meeting Schedule option. It didn’t work for me today, and it didn’t work earlier this month when I tried to complete this task. Is it something that I am doing incorrectly or is there a bug in the system? ---

I was able to create a test meeting plan so it is not a site wide issue. At what point in the process does it fail? Are you getting any kind of error? The process for meeting plans is as follows. Plan - Meeting Schedules New Meeting Schedule Add info Name, First Meeting, Start and End times, repetition who will be invited, etc. Save & Continue Modify any individual recurrance of the meeting Save Events Wait until all occurances of the events have been created ---

Hi Aaron, Thank you for getting back with me. I was trying to use an existing meeting and selected the Actions…Copy to Meeting Schedule. It does not create a schedule. Maybe this function does not work and I need to create a new schedule. Teresa ---

I just tried on an existing meeting and was immediately taken to the Meeting Schedules page and all info from the previous meeting was populated. The system seems to be working properly. Are you getting any kind of error? I enter in all my information for tge new schedule then hit Save and Contine. It just takes me back to the same screen for Create New Schedule. No errors. Ot ends up being a continuous cycle. Teresa ---

Make sure you have at least two adults on the meeting. ---

Hi, I did have all our adult leadres included as invitees. I tried again today. Same results. It does not seem to work this year for me. Teresa ---

I have seen this before, something is missing from the form that is required, unfortunately it does not give you an error or any indication what it is. I had seen the YPT issue in the past so I mentioned that but there must be something else that is missing.
