When I went in to pay for an event today, there are now new PayPal buttons on the cart checkout page. What do they mean and how do they work? I don’t understand how a pay later button would be helpful to a Scout Unit who needs to collect funds to make the event happen.

This is apart of the new update with PayPal. The first one will charge their card (or allow them to login with their account) and pay a fee that day.
With the “Pay Later” option the Troop will still receive money that day, but the user is able to pay over time with interest, interest free payments, or other special financing options with PayPal.
