# Page You Were Looking For Doesn't Exist

I have a parent with Troop Access and almost all privileges. When she is using the app, she gets the following message: The page you were looking for doesn’t exist.  
She uses safari as a browser, but has confirmed it’s from the app and not the website. She said she gets this message when sending an email as well and is forced to log out, then log back in.
