# Print Award Cards not working

When I go to print award cards, it freezes and does nothing.

Apparently this is an app issue. If I use the website, it works fine. However, it duplicates the award card. Are you suppose to fold it in half? Also, what do I have to do so it will print the Council name and the Troop Leader name?

I am not seeing a duplication of the award card, how many awards are you selecting? The Council information comes from the Gear menu and Edit Troop Settings, then Troop Info, Council. There is no option to have the leader name filled into the award card.

Interesting. What type of unit do you belong to BSA, GSotUSA, AHG, something else?

I would assume then it is a difference between BSA and GSotUSA units. I will mention it to Dave.

This is still happening. I’m having the same issue with the council name appearing as just a line when creating award cards for Girl Scouts.

I am on the web and i still can’t print the award cards. Very frustrating as our award meeting is Monday and we have nearly 300 awards.
