# Report format change?

Did something change with report format? It used to be that you could export a report and save it in Excel. When I choose report, I have the following options:
I can print from the email to a PDF but I don’t see any way to get the file exported to save in Excel anymore. The Excel format was more helpful.
Am I missing something? Anyone else note this difference? Does it affect you?

Alicia, I’m curious what report you’re trying to pull. Most of my reports show options of ‘Show, Edit, Delete’, or ‘Show, Print, CSV’. Or, if it’s a report that pulls in TT, I get ‘Edit, Delete, CSV, PDF’.
based on your screenshot, it looks like you’re trying to pull an Achievement Report. When I generate that, there is a CSV button at the top.

Yes, I’m trying to pull an achievement record but I do not have anything but the screenshot displayed. The last time I did this was over a year ago and I’ve always had the option to export CSV in the past.
