# RSVP list with contact info

Is there a report that gives the RSVP list for an event with phone number/parent contact info?

I am thinking like a users report but scoped to an event.

We would pull that report out of the SOAR system prior to an event and make sure each driver had a copy. It was very useful.

Agreed. I guess the alternative is to just print out a full troop roster and use a highlighter…

No, there is not currently an option to add Contact info onto the Attendance Sheet you can get for an event. I would suggest changing this post to an idea.

Looks like @tkramer already did that [here](https://community.trooptrack.com/t/event-attendance-sheet-phone-emergency-contacts/13087/2). Anyone reading this, please go like this idea to get more visibility. (I am assuming that the dev team pays attention to likes when prioritizing work.)
