# Scanning Rank pages

It would be great feature for each rank, pages from the scouts BSA book ranks that where completely signoff could be uploaded with that rank. This would be a backup for a scout that might lose or damage their book.

Hi @Rob_Davidson,

You can give your scouts the privilege to upload files to their personal profile. Click your name, “Your Profile”, the “Files” tab, and then upload. They could take a picture and upload it there.
