User is not able to login

The screen he gets is some public web page and not his dashboard. It’s almost like he’s not able to login. What could be the issue? Thanks!

Your pack has a public page on TroopTrack. It sounds like he’s either already logged into another account or he’s just getting redirected to your home page. He should be able to access the rest of the site from there (unless he’s logged into another account somewhere else). It’s also possible that he accidentally created an entire new TroopTrack account on accident.

Thanks Matt for the quick reply. That’s what I thought. His browser is holding the hand-entered user in memory, and not allowing the new ScoutNET imported user be utilized. I recommended he clear browser history, and close and open the browser. We’ll see what happens next.
