# Viewing emails in TT

I receive email notifications from the troop via my personal email, but they don’t show up in my Mailbox in TroopTrack. Is there a setting I need to change?  
Also, is there a way to view emails I’ve Sent?

They will not show up in the mailbox within TT that is a separate feature. If you have the correct rights you can see sent messages from Communicate, Recent Messages.

Hi!  
I think I’m having the same issue as FGCourtney…I can’t find the email I sent to my pack leader (or an older email I sent a few months ago). How do I get the ‘correct rights’ to view my emails? My drop-down menu does not have a “Recent Messages” option (only for “Recent Texts”). I’d love to be able to “track” my email messages (because I’ll forget what and when I wrote something! lol).  
Please advise. Thanks so much!

You must have “Manage Troop members” privilege to see Recent messages. That will only show messages that were sent from Communicate, Send an e-mail, within TroopTrack, not your own external e-mail messages.
