Archive feature

It would be great to have an archive feature for Trooptrack items. Our troop is undergoing a lot of change over and there does not seem to be a way to reflect upon historical changes. Or to start clean within the database for areas like finances. As the persons who manage this take over it would be nice to provide them a clean slate as the previous person may not have captured everything or input things correctly. It would be time consuming for the new person to go in and attempt to fix these errors. Where if the database offered an archive feature this could be activated and they could begin from that point forward and what information was there could be reviewed in the event it was needed.
