Is anyone else having issues with printing award cards? When generating the pdf file it is only formatted to print 3 cards per page in the landscape orientation, which doesn’t line up with the perforated cardstock purchased from TroopTrack. Just curious if it’s user error on my end or if I should open a ticket with TroopTrack.
I would suggest sending an e-mail to support@trooptrack.com. There have been some upgrades to the back end lately that could have had unintended consequences that really cannot be tested totally before rolling out.

BSA Board of Review report is also messed up as of 2 weeks ago.
They are looking at the formatting issues.

I just heard back from support that the award card formatting issue is now resolved. I tested it and it’s working for me now.
