When I used this feature and got to the point of who to invite, I clicked the checkbox for “Everyone”, then clicked “Save and Continue”. It took me to another screen and there was a “Heads Up” message saying that that no one is invited.
Fixed this. It won’t get deployed for a couple days though because I’m traveling.
