Hi. I did a test to see if I can opt out of text messaging by replying STOP and it worked. However, when I reply “Upstop” or “Start” and got a message back stating that I will begin to receive text messaging again, it has not worked. Please advise on how to get text messaging back again. Thank you.
Go to Communicate - Settings - Text Message Settings, Uncheck Opt out and save.
Hi. Unfortunately, my name is not checked to be Opt Out. Is there another solution?
I wondered about that with the new text messaging system vs the old. I will ask the TT admins about this.
