Currently, I can enter notes in the space next to each achievement requirement to keep track of partially completed tasks; however, when I print the information on the achievement, the notes do not appear on the printed copy. For examples, a Scout will be able to recite the Scout Law before he learns the meanings. Being able to track both dates in the Notes, and be able to print out that information would be very helpful. It will also be helpful information to have when a Scout has lost his handbook or transfers to a different unit.

Agreed.
We use the notes section to track partial completions, and not having them produced on the report causes problems where a scout or parent thinks they haven’t done ANY of the requirement, when really that’s not the case.
