Our weekly announcement e-blast was not received by any of our members (scheduled to send Friday morning). We tried a manual resend, and that one was also not received by anyone. We also tried to send a test email and that was not received by anyone. There seems to be another email issue.
I got our Monthly newsletter yesterday, as well as some scheduled reminders this morning. I just sent a test message manually, it was slow but it did send. At times the servers can get overwhelmed by messages being sent but mail is sending.
@AaronStorey We tried to manually resend the newsletter on Friday, Sat, and Sunday. It has never been received by our members. There still appears to be an issue that should be looked into (curious if anyone else is experiencing this). Emails do appear to be working, but slow.
Same here…getting “Delivery Failed” message.

Perhaps this is an issue with settings. I just did a test and Send Now, Preview by Email, and Preview As, all functioned for my Newsletter. Here are my Newsletter settings. It seems unlikely but have you verified people did not unsubscribe?
@AaronStorey We changed no settings. This literally goes to everyone in our troop and is our primary communication. I find it hard to believe that they all unsubscribed and aren’t telling us.
I just tried to preview the newsletter and got a white screen that says “We’re sorry, but something went wrong.
We’ve been notified about this issue and we’ll take a look at it shortly.”
As an admin, I’m helping with user account registration. It seems emails aren’t being sent for password reset, as well as re-sending registration email. I tried sending myself both types of email, and I haven’t received it after 45 min of waiting
@AaronStorey Update - our weekly newsletter was either not sent or not received by our members for the third week in a row. All types of email accounts - gmail, yahoo, business. We are at a loss here. We still get the “white screen of death” noted in my previous message when we try to preview the newsletter. Appreciate any help we can get.
