I want to add Patrol/Den access to all of our Patrol Leaders.
Manage->members->privileges->Add Privileges doesn’t seem to have an option for specifying the Access Level… or am I missing something?

You are correct. Right now, we do not allow the bulk changing of access levels. Feel free to request it though. I asked why we didn’t have the feature and no one can remember why it wasn’t added.
