Anybody else see these acting flakey? If you hover over it it says it indicates background check. But it is there for former leaders whose background check has expired, and is not showing for those whose date I’ve entered and are good.
Ok, so the actual background check in the Trainings section does not correlate with the checkmark. In a member’s profile, under the “Member Details” tab, if you click “Edit” next to “Registration Info” there is a “Background Check On” field. You just need to remove the date from that field for the check to go away.
