Communication Improvements - Automated forms and Texting

To whom it may concern,

I have two recommendations for TroopTrack functionality, related to the events and the automated communication.

  1. I know the site can provide automated medical/permission forms for each event. Could there be a checkbox to attach a PDF of such a form to the invitation that automatically goes out?

  2. I know the site can send out text messages. When scheduling the automatic communication for an event, could there be the option of writing a short text (maybe with a mini HTML link to the web content) that would be sent out at the same time as the email? We face the challenge of parents who use primarily email and scouts who barely use it at all, but are very active on text messages.
