Emails not sent (again!)

Honestly, this is getting old. I’ve had this problem a week ago and it’s still an issue.

What specific issue are you having, how are you sending the e-mails? there does not appear to be a system wide issue.

I’m sending emails signed in to troop track with Chrome. It eventually showed up but for today’s email it’s been over an hour and haven’t seen it. Frustrating when I craft a detailed email about a campout and this happens. I’ve been trying to remember to copy the message to clipboard since this happens so often but unfortunately forgot today.

That is the best way to get messages out. At times when the e-mail servers are busy it can take a while to have messages go out. An hour o rmore is not typical and may indicate some other issue. In that case the best course of action is to submit the Help & Support form from the Support, Contact Us menu.
If the message went into the Que you can check at Communicate, Recent Messages and it will show up there, you can select Read.
