Enter Merit Badge Using Old Requirements

We have some scouts who started the Reading merit badge prior to the 2020 updates. The counselor now wants to enter the completed badge information into TroopTrack but we don’t know how to select the pre-2020 version. Is this possible?

Years ago there was an option to change the requirements version which I used a lot when we converted to TroopTrack in 2016 to straighten out our imported data, but I can’t find it any more.

Hi Mark,

The issue is that we retired those merit badges. If you’d like I can re-activate the Reading merit badge for a short period of time while you record those who earned it.
