Is there a way to create a web page however it be hidden, and not accessible with out being directed to it by a link

We allow you to make private web pages that only troop members logged into TroopTrack can see, but pages only accessible by link or password for outside use is outside the scope of TroopTrack.

Short of revoking their access, no, not at this time.
