I am unable to put a calendar event into "edit" mode

I am unable to place this event into “edit” mode behind the “action” button. I need to delete this event but cannot. Please help.

Double check that you have Manage events: Create, edit and delete events, Manage public events: Create, edit and delete events the general public are invited to, privileges.
