New Profile just for use to send and receive emails

Hello, I am the new Coordinator Troop MN2020 in Rogers, MN. I am new to using Trooptrack. I used it a little bit since I started as the Troop Sheperd last July, but now I need to be working in it all the time. We set up a new profile with this gmail: ahgmn2020@gmail.com and assigned it to my family, the Bosquez family, in Trooptrack. I can see the profile in my family page, but when I link to get into the profile, and receive a message that says these two sentences:

***# The page you were looking for doesn’t exist. ***
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.

Can you please help me figure out to get it moved to it’s own profile?

Hi @PatriciaHayesBosquez,

I tried to remove this profile myself, but it’s not acting how it should, so I’ve gotten this over to the tech team to take a look at this.

Once it’s fixed we’ll update this thread.
