Photos in email automatically adjusted to landscape

Hi there! I’m sending an email to all of our parents and want to include pictures. However, the pictures that I have that are in portrait format are being automatically flipped to landscape. I cannot find a way to turn the picture once it’s in the body of the email. Any ideas?

I came across a similar thing dealing with pictures earlier and I couldn’t figure out how to rotate the pictures.
