Previous email viewing

When I am logged in as the Troop Coordinator, under “Communicate”>“Recent Messages”, I can see all the previous emails that have been sent. However, no one else seems to have “Recent Messages” as an option under their “Communicate” section. Any advice? We want all of our members to be able to see what’s been sent previously.

In order to see Recent Messages the person must have “Manage troop members: Add, edit, or delete troop members”, privilege enabled.
