How to see mails I’ve sent from TroopTrack?

Appreciate any help on this,
I used Communicate → Send an email option to send out a message. I would like to see all mails which I’ve sent. How can I od this?

If you have the Manage Mailbox privilege then you will see Recent Messages under Communicate, depending on your access level you may see messages others have sent as well.

Thanks for responding. I granted the Manage Mailbox privilege to one user. However the recent messages options didnt get enabled for the user. Kindly advise.

I am getting lot of queries on this feature and appreciate your help to enable it for us.

You must also have Manage troop members privilege to see the Recent messages. I was assuming the person who posted the original question was an admin and just hadn’t enabled the manage mailboxes setting in addition to having manage troop members.

Thanks for quick response.

Our users want to see the mails they sent out using the communicate → send an mail option.

Is this functionality exist? If yes, how to enable it.

Yes, it exists if you grant them the “manage troop members” privilege, otherwise no they will not be able to see messages they sent. I would not suggest giving them manage troop members as they will be able to make changes to any records their access level grants them, for most that would be household, but they would be able to edit their scouts records. The best answer is no, they cannot see the messages they have sent.
