I can’t seem to find any guides or posts about Public Events. I’m specifically curious about the “Deposit” vs “Price”.
When going through the process of buying a ticket, the person is only given the option to pay the full amount, or the “Price” in this case. The only functionality I see for the “Deposit” is just to display it.
If you manually register someone you can also manually add a payment (not via PayPal/Stripe) and you can select a custom amount when doing that.
Does anyone have experience with the Public Events that can shed some light on this?
